Reset Reformer

Our Reset reformer class offers an intimate and supportive environment, perfect for beginners looking to enhance their body's flexibility and create more space within. With a focus on rehabilitation and Prehabilitation, this class aims to prevent injuries and gradually build strength. Through targeted exercises on the reformer machine, participants will learn techniques to lengthen their muscles and improve overall body alignment. Join us to experience a transformative journey towards a stronger and more balanced body. This class is suitable for prenatal clients, classes are done in grippy socks.(Beginners) 

*Please note we restrict participation of prenatal clients to those in their first trimester (up to 12 weeks)*

 

Flex Reformer 

Ideal for preserving muscle tone and enhancing strength our Flex Reformer Pilates utilises springs and straps as resistance to strengthen both the lower and upper body. This class is unsuitable for prenatal clients. Classes are done in grippy Pilates socks. (Beginners - Intermediate)
