Biography
I hold a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy. Early exposure to osteopathic care allowed me to appreciate the positive impact it can have on people’s health and wellbeing. Witnessing patients’ progress throughout their treatment inspired my commitment to providing personalised, effective care that supports long-term recovery and improved quality of life.
My approach is rooted in seeing each person as a whole. I use a range of hands-on techniques including joint mobilisations, manipulations, and soft tissue therapy alongside tailored rehabilitation plans designed to address each individual’s specific needs and goals. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a longer-term condition, or aiming to prevent future issues, my focus is always on providing safe, effective, and personalised care. When appropriate, I’ll also refer you to other healthcare professionals to ensure you’re fully supported throughout your recovery.
I have experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including nerve pain, disc-related injuries, and postural dysfunctions. My aim is always to help patients better understand their bodies, reduce discomfort, and improve function in a way that supports their lifestyle and goals.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and creating a space where every patient feels listened to, understood, and genuinely cared for.
I work with a wide variety of patients from those training for endurance events, to individuals managing chronic or acute pain, and even those simply seeking osteopathic advice or guidance on how to better understand and care for their bodies. Whether you’re dealing with a recent issue or looking for preventative support, I take a holistic, hands-on approach tailored to your unique needs, always with your long-term health in mind.
Outside of clinic, I’m passionate about the gym and running both of which continue to shape my appreciation for movement, performance, and injury prevention in everyday life.
