How much does physiotherapy cost at Myoset?
An initial physiotherapy consultation including treatment at Myoset Canary Wharf is £95 for 45 minutes. Follow-ups are £65 for 30 minutes and £88 for 45 minutes. Osteopathy is priced identically, with an additional 60-minute follow-up option at £104.
How much are Reformer Pilates classes at Myoset?
A single Reformer class is £35. Class packs bring the rate down: three classes for £49 for new clients only, five for £150, ten for £280, thirty for £750 and fifty for £1,000. The 50-class pack works out at £20 a class, against £35 for a drop-in.
How much are Mat Pilates classes?
A single Mat Pilates class at Myoset is £20. Packs are £80 for five classes, £140 for ten and £240 for twenty, which brings the rate down to £12 a class on the largest pack. Mat packs are valid for eight to twelve weeks depending on size.
Is a Pilates membership cheaper than a class pack?
For regular attendance, yes. The 12-class-a-month Reformer membership at £200 works out at roughly £16.67 a class, cheaper than the ten-class pack at £28. Mat membership at £144 for twelve classes a month is £12 a class. Memberships carry a three-month minimum term and include free Recovery Lounge sessions.
How much is a massage at Myoset?
A 30-minute deep tissue or sports massage is £60, 60 minutes is £90 and 90 minutes is £125. A 45-minute sports massage is £65. Packages lower the rate: five sports massage sessions for £300, three 60-minute treatments for £225 instead of £270, and four 30-minute treatments for £220 instead of £240.
How much is compression therapy at Myoset?
Compression therapy in the Myoset Recovery Lounge is £20 for 20 minutes, £30 for 40 minutes and £40 for 60 minutes. Reformer Pilates members receive free sessions monthly as part of their membership, worth up to £60 depending on the tier.
Are there discounts for first-time clients?
Yes, New clients can take three Reformer Pilates classes for £49, against £105 if bought individually. For Massage and Therapy service please check with reception.
Do class packs and memberships expire?
Yes. Reformer packs run for 15 days (three classes), 30 days (five), eight weeks (ten), 20 weeks (thirty) and 24 weeks (fifty). Mat packs run eight to twelve weeks. Memberships are monthly with a three-month minimum term. Choose the pack that matches how often you will realistically attend.
