Biography
Hamza Taha is a patient-centred osteopath with a Master’s degree from the University College of Osteopathy. He is dedicated to helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life through a holistic and personalised approach.
Hamza uses a strong biomechanical and functional perspective when assessing and treating patients. He tailors each treatment plan to suit the individual’s lifestyle and goals. His approach combines hands-on techniques, including joint mobilisation, manipulation, and soft tissue therapy, with targeted rehabilitation programmes. This helps address the root cause of pain rather than just the symptoms.
He works with patients of all backgrounds and fitness levels. Hamza treats a wide range of conditions, including disc injuries, nerve pain, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, postural issues, and sports injuries.
Outside the clinic, Hamza has a strong interest in sport and movement. He has experience in football, karate, and CrossFit, which influences his focus on movement efficiency and functional training in his treatments.
Hamza speaks Arabic, English, and Hebrew fluently. This allows him to communicate clearly with a diverse range of patients and ensure they feel understood and supported throughout their treatment journey.
